If you need a distraction, kill a cop. All agents from the surrounding area will forget about all the other crime happening at that moment and will just hop in their cars and race towards the dead cop, because at the scene they really need a couple of hundred cops. Their superiors won't have a problem with this tactic?
Watched 30 mins gave up. Couldn't make head nor tail of what was going on and wasn't enough to keep me watching. Too many people too much going on.
Unnecessaryly grim right from the beginning so not for the feint of heart.
Disappointing as the cast line up is pure gold. I think they thought this would make up for bad storytelling but it didn't.

Whoever wrote this muck deserves a good slap.Impressive ensemble cast, decent direction, nice production value, dreadful editing that felt rushed and about a hundred glaringly obvious plot holes.
Unfortunately, the level of stupid gets dialed up to 11 in this huge disappointment.
