Very good once you've finished the movies' 2.5 hours and the unpredictable end - NB: Bergman's manuscript, but directed by Ullmann - very good acting of especially Lena Endre, but what interaction / chemistry between her and Krister Henriksson & Ernst Josephsson!! Poor daughter, who comes in between, but there's a lot of children with divorced parents in our country so she is not alone (myself, among others). Switches between Bergman's real house on Fårö (Gotland), Lidingö, Stockholm and Paris. Some nudity.
