This is why it's famous and in Tim Dirk's list: "During the making of the first segment "Time Out" during the summer of 1982, two child actors (7 year-old My-ca Dinh Le and 6 year-old Renee Shin-Yi Chen) and Vic Morrow (the father of actress Jennifer Jason Leigh) were killed in a freak helicopter crash, on July 23rd (at around 2:20 am), during the Vietnam-based scene." 3 years 4 months ago

Seriously, just skip the Spielberg segment. 4 years 9 months ago

No, it's definitely not of the same caliber as the Ron Serling classic, but I still thought the segments where pretty decent, expect the Spielberg one which was terrible. The best segments imo where the ones by John Landis and George Miller. The Joe Dante part was interesting, but trippy as hell.

I do recommended it to those who are fans of the original series
