This is the first time I have seen Lee Tracy act in an honest, sober, intelligent role. I am used to seeing him as the wise-cracking womanizer who drinks too much and talks super fast. I found it hard to believe him in this role. But the storyline was good and the cinematography was good so it almost made up for it. 10 years 11 months ago
