A good one.
We've all bought those box sets of 50 films crammed on to about 10 discs for about £10/£12. You know you have already seen 10, 15 maybe even 20 of them.. you also know another 10 will be real rubbish filler.. probably made for TV. You can be fairly certain that 10 or 15 will be quite acceptable stuff that would cost you £4 or £5 to buy alone.. that's why you bought the set.. But you also hope there will be.. maybe... 5 hidden gems, - something you hadn't heard of, that you couldn't find else where any way.
Especially if it's a set of (implied) Noirs.. most of which are only available at great expense on imported R1.
Well this was hidden away on '50 dark crimes', and almost warrants the purchase alone. (well, not really, the quality is poor, but hey, I got to see it).
The only real complaint maybe that you get the twist a tad too early.
Amazing film! Highly recommended.
to see which of your friends have seen this movie!
