What a disappointment. Amazing concept and hook, but has less meat than is left on the table at level 171. A basic concept stretched out beyond belief, and way too on-the-nose with its message.
Considering how many other films have come out in the last 5-10 years dealing with similar themes, this is surprisingly out of date and just plain bad.
Some really interesting ideas, but had poor character and plot development. It could've been pretty great if there had been a bit more depth and background and would've been a lot more satisfying.

If this had better actors, no dubbing and scarier rats this would've been pretty good. But as it stands it's kind of like partly bad, partly good. Thus watchable.

Some of it would be kind of creepy and then the 'acting' would make me burst out laughing. The film definitely got better as it went on but even though it's not really very good, it's worth a watch.
