I'm very surprised that the formal concept worked so well for me. Not exactly a good film and getting worse near the end, but it had my attention for quite an hour.

A few insane moments and surprising cameos spoiler save this badly constructed sequel from being as disappointing as the first one.

Complete and utter trash. I mean .. dear God, if you can, stay away from this film.

I had to quit the film when the chickens were shot.

You could see it for the soundtrack and Van Cleef alone. That's some bene Spaghetti.

Hell fucking yeah! The stunts, the explosions, the insane tornado, that guitar - it's more than I even dreamt of.

An animated short as beautiful as sad. Give it a watch:

Haha, you rarely encounter a movie with a score of less than 10 on Metacritic - this got 1! It's also in IMDb's Bottom 100 as of now. If the current FIFA investigations didn't make you curious, this should.

Continues the recent evolution of Don Hertzfeldt without dropping his trademarks. Again, this is funny, melancholic, absurd, silly and deep - again, it's as fantastic as a short gets.

Torgo

Amusing, fast-paced short which is made quite ambitiously and still from the heart.

If you want self-aware trash, you might very well prefer these 30 minutes of nonsense to high-budgeted, ironic trash features like Iron Sky, Zombeavers or recent Asylum "hits".

Surprisingly high image quality of the BluRay. For a 1932 horror film, this has aged rather well. See it for Karloff's eyes and his mummified make-up in the beginning.

The biggest problem with the film is not that it doesn't feature Michael Myers or hasn't got anything to do with the Halloween franchise, but rather that it's a shitty movie which is neither scary, thrilling, entertaining or anything. Hard to the say what's more ridiculous: our charmless protagonist, the goofy plot or that annoything jingle. Cinematography, music and that Carpenter vibe weren't bad, though.

How this is getting some kind of positive cult reexamination is mysterious to me.

Hilarious, evil, cheesy AND scary at the same time - a new horror favorite of mine!

Incredibly eerie atmosphere, especially in the first third of the movie, and a fantastic lead really make this stand out in the "haunted house"/ghost genre.

Too bad this is boring most of the time (at under 70 minutes!). But you do want to see cinema's first zombies, don't you?

What is even more ironic is how Bob Clark went on to direct Baby Geniuses (1 AND 2!). What the heck.

Interesting gimmick idea for a film, but my God does it get annoying.

Is something wrong with me if this is the first Rob Reiner film I really liked? Or maybe I just have reached the right age ..
