People of the Wind - a 1976 documentary feature nominated for an Academy Award also follows the Baktyari people on their journey across the mountains to grass. Worth a watch.
The villain appears (in regular clothes) in Venice walking right behind Tom Holland. Being able to pause, rewind and confirm it spoiled the later twist, but maybe in a theater people would have missed it.
Also, Tom Holland's left eyebrow was so weirdly distracting!
The Blu-Ray picture was so crystal clear that Monroe's pasty white contouring makeup was almost light blue versus every other character's normal skin tone. Totally took me out of the movie!
