The link OttoElPiloto posted is made of extracts from three different short films and not Chromaticite I.
The second one is Sensitométrie III and the third one is an extract (confirmed by the narrator on the ARTE video) of Sensitométrie VII, both missing from IMDB.
It seems Chromaticite I is 11 minutes long, if you look on the right side of this website , they are 3 blue images, absent from the ARTE video, which should be part of the original, I think.
