The movies message is very harmful, which basically the following: It is OK to be voilent and agressive towards lawenforcement. It is a terrible thing to promote, nearly as terrible as the acting in this movie. There is a big diffference stating "Police brutallity must be stopped!" or "Kill all the pigs!". F*** all racist PoS, in this case mainly the makers of this movie.
