Baz Luhrman's style works wonderfully for a biopic about the King of Rock and Austin Butler feels like an actual reeincarnation of the man.

Overall, I think it painted a relatively accurate portrait of Elvis, someone who loved music and the stage above everything else.

I loved Pedro Pascal and Nic Cage in this. The fact Cage was willing to make a movie like this shows he is a unique talent

Felt this wanted to be a mix of two gigantic action franchise, Jonh Wick and Mission Impossible. It's shot like John Wick in most fights scenes (I appreciate how realistically the weapons were portrayed, from pistols to granades to RPGs) but the impossible action sequences and spy scenes reminded of MI.

Overall, it was entertaining but both franchises I mentioned have had better movies.

I watched this again, back to back with Silence, which made Hannibal seem cheesy and vapid in comparison. Having Hannibal as the main villain didn't work in this film. Even with Sir Antonhy Hopkins amazing portrayal, I felt Hannibal went from a chilling murderer to a telenovela villain. I even liked Red Dragon better than this one.

The first was better but at least this one isn't a completely vapid sequel, it advances the plot and characters were we let off from the first film and builds upon that. It's just not as original as the first film. The plot itself is quite predictable and at some point, it seems they just gave up on it.

The way they mash ancient species is still as fascinating and creative as ever.

As a brazillian, I though the aesthetics and music were on point as far as the South American theme go... I can't comment on Colombian culture but the only reference I saw to Colombia was the coffee.
Maybe I'm biased but this is probably the most FUN I had with Disney music though. Stephanie Beatriz amazed with her leading performance but the story and characters were forgettable.

This was actually surprisingly good although I did come into it with low expectations.

I went completely blind into this film and to my surprise this turned out be a really dark comedy...sometimes?

Sometimes it's seemed really serious, sometimes hilariously silly. But even for my dumb ass sensibilities, the freaking spoiler was too much.

Besides that, it suffers a little bit with pacing too. Of course, the shoestring budget and terrible actors do nothing to elevate the film, making this probably John Carpenter's worst film I've seen so far.

Still, even though I probably won't watch it again, I'm glad I watched because it's so uniquely bizarre that you can't help but admire it. Not bad for a debut.

I have to disagree with baraka92's comment. Maybe it's because I come from South America, maybe it's because I grew up in a Catholic family but the idea that Francis is a liberal is pretty much widespread inside the Church and its 1.2 Billion believers.
He is a huge liberal inside his specific context. If you compare him to Bernie Sanders or even a regular american liberal, that might sound laughable. But if your reference of comparison is Pope Ratzinger and many other cardinals and bishops, than yes, he is very much a liberal.

One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest-lite is a really good description of it.
Also, Winona Ryder's understated performance of Susanna is underrated because of Jolie's most standout role in her career.

Terrible, every possible horror cliches, millenials tropes and not a single scary or even suspenseful scene.

Still, it's so bad, you might have a good time making fun of it.

*SPOILER*- For someone who has a relative with Alzheimer's, this was a very emotional 9 minutes.

Jaw dropping, stunning animation with a simple but sweet story about family.

Good music, (some) great visual gags and a really good performance by Val Kilmer make this an enjoyable experience. If you like this sort of humor.

The story is good but the action is not that exciting. Specially, the Home Alone-esque kills in the end of the movie.
It's an improved version of the first film story-wise but it has less action.
Not that memorable to be honest.

Probably the most criative and enjoyable effort in the whole series. A rare occasion that the sequel is better than the original imo.

This film is terrible in so many ways. They made Loomis, one of the most likable characters, into an asshole, actually every single character is an asshole (except Mya, she's cool). Also, they keep showing Michael without his mask, which is not really scary and I could go on and on. But the absolutely worst thing about this movie is the editing. It's so choppy and fast that I can't actually see Mike Myers killing people, I only see flashes of action that are meaningless to me. Thus rendering the whole movie completely ineffective and boring.
The only positive though is that it made appreciate the original Halloween film even more.

I can't deny, I freaking love this film. Maybe it's because I have some pink colored glasses on but still this movie is a throughly enjoyable ride.

"You know what a Mary Jane is?"
This whole film's greatness rests firmly on the shoulders of Welles. Although, the story isn't all that common, it's also not that interesting. Although, the acting is top notch all around, most characters outside of Hank Quinlan aren't that interesting. I'm still trying to understand why Marlene Dietrich is in this film.
However, all these flaws are washed by Welles directing. It's just outstanding. Even after 58 years, it still feels fresh. It's not something you see often. Every cinema lover should see this for this reason alone. 8/10.

Very run of the mill zombie flick. However I was very entertained by it. Would probably watch it again if I caught it on TV. 6/10.

Probably one of the best action movies I've seen in years. This realistic war movie is an entry I'd never seen in the Star Wars universe and it really surprised me. The fact that the Rebel Alliance isn't that much of a goody-goody organization as it was in the past. It was gritty but at the same time fantastical. Dark Vader wasn't in it a lot but the scenes he had were amazing.
All in all, it was an incredibly enjoyable film.
However, not everything was perfect. The characterization is something that is specially lacking, no characters got any backstory outside of Jyn Erso and I was really disappointed with Diego Luna's character because they alluded to him having some backstory and went nowhere with it. Beyond that the film suffers from being a little too predictable and wasn't fond of the villain. Also, unfortunately the film ends with one of the worst scenes in the entire film and one of the worst lines.
Still, I would recommend you watching.

So there is an movie with Jeff Goldblum, Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans and Geena Davis....and it's terrible.
It is incredibly odd though. So I guess, you could watch for the novelty.
