Not gonna lie, this was bad. Cameo after cameo and not a single funny joke.

Absolutely abhorrent. A crappy mess riddled with plot holes and inconsistencies, ret cons and toxic, abusive, manipulative people being whitewashed and lauded as 'heroes' and disgusting toxic and abusive relationships are romanticised and pushed on you and the show ends with no healthy relationships, two very crappy villains and contains some of the worst minority representation I've seen in a while.

I was so sure I wouldn't end up crying, even though I could tell where they were going with this... Don't look at the pile of used tissues over there, I totally didn't cry, definitely, 100%, okay, maybe a smidge of tears fell out... allright, fine, I cried like a baby. I didn't expect to feel so strongly but here we are.

You forgot the "urban legend" movies. Classics. Also Trick'R Treat. That's a good one too.

I just....felt unsatisfied. I felt like it was leading up to something but the end came as unexpectedly as....well pretty much nothing else in the film because it was all quite predictable. A lot of it makes no sense, such as the motivation of these avian attacks to begin with or why this guy just casually invited someone who stalked him out of the city for dinner and it lacked any form of resolution or explanation, the ending just seemed lazy. It made me very angry. Some bits did not add up at all (that murder of crows that attacked the schoolchildren just let that group of three people walk right by them despite them making just about the same ammount of noise. Or why all those birds suddenly switched from looming over the town to perching all over the protagonists' boyfriends house.) The pace was pretty slow at the start (it was more of a romance movie than a thriller, though there were some hints here and there of what the future held but all in all though it wasn't very.... thrilling. Or scary or anything. Just mildly interesting. Heck it might've been more interesting if it went in a completely different way (like maybe the protagonist turning out to be evil or a serial killer or perhaps a few of the townspeople like that dude's ex or mom) but still interesting just....the ending was too abrupt I felt it had a pretty good scare left in it (The end built it up so much) but that never happened (biggest movie tease) so I was left feeling a bit disappointed and filled with all these random questions.

And if you're wandering what I mean by 'misogynistic', out of three female members of the precinct, 1 gets shot, 1 gets kidnapped and the other gets all the blame from the failed missions (which should've gone to the protagonist and his higher up buddy who assigned him to the case accordingly but alas it went straight to the female leader lady who was allegedly only there for political reasons yet who was basically the only person with any sense.)

This movie is terrible. It's really not worth watching. Unfunny, action-less misogynistic drivel. I could go on but I wont, just take my word for it.

It was very long. The chariot race was good but, again, long, like everything else. I know they were trying to show the torture Ben Hur went through but sitting through all that was a torture of its own. At least they could've cut out the 'romance' to skim off a couple of minutes. If someone had really actually died it might've justified his anger a little. Or even if she'd gotten married. It frustrated me how happy the ending was. And how this is so highly rated. Heston's acting was....well at times he seemed deranged and more like a bad guy than the bad guy. I had some trouble sympathizing with him, especially towards the end of the movie. And why exactly did god and jesus favor him so much? That really ground my gears. No other movie has really shoved in your face how good a person their protagonist is by Jesus himself trying to personally help him out of a bad situation. I mean sure, it's what Jesus would do, but, it just seemed sooooo.... You know how sometimes you see someone write themselves into fanfiction? As a helpful guide or even boldly as the lover of their favorite character? It seemed like self insertion of some sort. I haven't read the book or anything but to be honest, I think they only added Jesus in there so they could have that 'wizards did it' ending, oops, I mean 'jesus did it' ending where his mother and sister are cured and he gets his happy ending etc. and it just seemed so....very.... I dunno but definitely not a good thing. The ending was .... Well like the other two people here, I didn't like it. And Ben Hur himself was very inconsistant. One minute remembering Jesus and using him as a moral compass, the next, going off the deep end and forgetting he ever exister and calling everyone evil etc. Maybe it was Heston's acting.. I don't know but it just wasn't that believable. I'll stop now, I've ranted long enough. I wouldn't want this to get too long haha get it? too long! Just like the movie.

Just terrible. A lot of it makes no sense. Like why was there a bed (Not just any bed, the Dean's daughter's bed) in the middle of a dance number that took place during the school dance. And why was there alchohol served during a student showcase? And a lot of fridge illogic. Not to mention the terrible message it gives to people, because sure, Kate sings about saving yourself, but it took three supporting characters to actually save her so who is she trying to kid? In fact it was three guys... her friend Angela disappeared for a good chunk of the film and let the guys do the rescuing at the most crucial moment. So lil' girls, if you're ever in trouble, I hope you can sing or look pretty enough to attract some big strong guy to help you or you're stuck.

I was really immersed in it and even slightly scared, but then the big reveal happened when we found out what the bad was and I couldn't stop laughing.

I think the ending is the scariest part of the film. Just the fridge horror that these are just ordinary people and they do this shit for kicks is enough to raise a couple of hairs on even Chuck Norris's head I'd bet.

The only part I liked was the end when the toddler broke character and called out for its mommy. That was the most entertaining bit out of those whole 2:21 seconds of my life that I will never get back.

This movie was very preachy and very hard to sit through. It was too focused on the main character and his personal journey and since his character spends over an hour being a jerk to others it got really hard to not hate him. Even after they gave him some bullshit Freudian excuse, I felt nothing but contempt for him. Towards the end I'd tried to desperately muster up some sympathy for the guy but then the movie got all preachy and I lost my shit all over again. Basically it goes from unfunny comedy about a miserly jerk, to drama about repentant aged father, seeking redemption and to fix his broken relationships, back to the start to a changed man and if that wasn't the worst rip-off of that Christmas story ever, then I don't want to know what is.

Quentin Tarantino directed this? I couldn't tell what with his massive cameo performance and all.....

One of my favorite movies. Hauntingly beautiful, and incredibly bleak. Terrifying and yet...enticing. You can't look away. And it really gets the anti-war message across, which I think is an important message and I support and endorse it.....But there's something for the romantics too, don't be afraid. Watch it.

One of the only times I ever actually read the book before watching the movie, and I found the movie cleared a lot of things for me and helped me figure a lot of things out. When you're dealing with planes and such it's hard to imagine things exactly but the movie was very helpful. Still it had its flaws. But it stayed pretty true to the book and I like how it added a bit more story into the mix.

Nuh uhh. Do not recommend. It's long and cute but really terrible. Classic rom-com, ugly duckling scenario with some very negative connotations. I really don't like the message it gives spoiler

At best somewhat cooky. If you tuned in, hoping to see a classic Tim Burton flick you'd be severely disappointed. I didn't like it at all. I thought it was terrible.

I loved it. It was brilliant. It really had everything. It tugged at my heartstrings and I felt very imersed and invested in it whilst watching. A beautiful masterpiece. Quite charming and cute. The music was lovely and the story was interesting enough to keep you watching all the way through. I don't think I have a single complaint. Perfect movie.
