I think the idea were good, but in the end it didnt work. The charcters are flat, we dont really get to know them, and the girl is stupid, no personality there. Yeah... didnt like it.
Gotta agree with Rigters. Of all terror/horror movies I've seen, and I'm a fan, so I've seen a lot, this is the only one I felt really bad whatcing...really distubing, but in a terrible way.
I love this movie, since the first minutes, so cute, with touching characters (we feel like Tom's best friend) amazing soundtrack, really cool and realistic love story. It's a great film because we can relate to it, especially the expectations part, I'm sure. Maybe with cheesy dialogs, 'cause love is cheesy haha, and I love Joseph and Zooey so much together. LOVE it! Favorite!
Idk, at first it seems weird or even boring, but a second view on this may be enough to get the essence of the movie, how fucked up travis is, which is really interesting, and i quite liked it. Found out that the "you're talkin to me" scene was a De Niro rehersal and the cameras were on, turning out to be one of the most iconic scenes ever, and some of the cabs conversations weren't scripted, don't know if that's true. So yeah, classics are classics. There's a reason for that.
It took me all those years to watch this one, and I never thought that would be this plot, about dream/reality. I'm not really a sci-fi fan, but I sure appreciate the movie and Its impact. Classic huh
