The first film I recall feeling "I need to see that again" was The Red Balloon, I was about 5 years old and have loved film ever since. My favorite film is Rashomon and, predictably, Akira Kurosawa is my favorite director. My taste in film is best described as eclectic, it runs the gambit from animation to thrillers, classic to avant-guard.
