Det er ingen selskap som ligger bak og vi har derfor ingen reklame på siden vår og en flat struktur der alle betyr like mye i anmelderfellesskapet. Vi ønsker heller ikke å ha inntekter på det vi driver med. Alle skriver av fri vilje, og det er interessen som driver oss, mer enn plikten om å skrive. Navnet Filmkikk er ment som en fornorskning av filmkick og skal henspeile det at vi kan ha lidenskap eller kikk på film. Vi vil bruke nettstedet til også å skrive "alt" om film, ikke bare rene anmeldelser, men også eventuelt korte innlegg, tanker om, kommentarer og rundt dagsaktualiteter rundt film, ja rett og slett alt hva film gir oss som et "kick" i hverdagen... Litt historie: Filmkikk.no er et nytt tiltak og har utspring i anmeldere fra filmfront.no. Etter at filmfront skal legge ned driften, så var det meningen å lage noe nytt. Vi har fått med oss en god del av filmfront-anmelderne og deres anmeldelser er med videre fra filmfront. Men på filmkikk vil vi ikke ha et nettsamfunn eller stor filmdatabase, utover det som følger med det vi skriver og produserer. Dette er et sted for norsk filmkritikk og andre meninger om film. - - - - About us Filmkikk.no is a private initiative by some reviewers who have film as a common passion. There is no company behind it and we therefore have no advertising on our site and a flat structure where everyone is equally important in the review community. We also do not want to have income from what we do. Everyone writes of free will, and it is the interest that drives us, more than the duty to write. The name Filmkikk is intended as a Norwegianization of filmkick and should reflect that we can have a passion or a passion for film. We will use the website to also write "everything" about film, not just pure reviews, but also possibly short posts, thoughts about, comments and about current affairs around film, yes simply everything that film gives us as a "kick" in everyday life... A little history: Filmkikk.no is a new initiative and has its origins in reviewers from filmfront.no. After Filmfront is going to shut down operations, the intention was to create something new. We have brought in a good number of Filmfront reviewers and their reviews are included from Filmfront. But at Filmkikk, we do not want an online community or large film database, beyond what comes with what we write and produce. Films are rated out of 6, with the #1 film scored at 5.55 and the #250 film scored at 4.26. Data from May 3rd, 2024. Note: #184 Ice Age (Istid) is tagged as USA and #229 Eddie og Suzanne is tagged as Sweden, but both still show up in the Norwegian list for some reason, so I've left them in. Video Archives Cinema Club
Favs/dislikes: 0:0. Starting in April 2024, the Vista Theater opened a new small screening room (20 seats!) called the Video Archives Cinema Club. It’s named for the video store that Quentin Tarantino and Roger Avary worked at before they started their careers as professional filmmakers. They also have a podcast called Video Archives as well. They will screen exclusively on VHS and 16mm prints. Not found on Icheckmovies: -Anticipation, ou l'amour en l'an 2000 (1967) by Jean-Luc Godard. This short was part of an omnibus film, The Oldest Profession. -
