The movie Chacun son cinéma ou Ce petit coup au coeur quand la lumière s'éteint et que le film commence or To Each His Own Cinema is made by 33 different movie personalities for the Cannes Film Festival, describing their feelings towards cinema. The segment by the Coens (and also Lynch's) were too late for the deadline, so they were not included in the movie. It should therefore be removed from this list.
The segment by the Coens, called World Cinema, can be found on Karagarga.
Edit: It seems that the Coen-segment has been included on some later releases, but in none that I can find online. It's up to you if you think the movie should stay in this list or not.

The Coen brothers actually only helped Sam Raimi with the writing of the script. :)Phil2000
Love the Coens. You are missing Crimewave...which I still need to catch up with.
