I'm not sure whether you'd want to include them on the list, but nonetheless you might be interested to know that some American-style Westerns were made in East Germany in the 1960s and 1970s. I've watched one so far ("Chingachgook" from 1967, based on a James Fenimore Cooper story), and it was pretty interesting. There's "Apaches" (1973), "The Sons of Great Bear" (1966), and several others.
