It's a lot less serious than you'd expect, and it's not that much of a courtroom drama. The music is awesome, very '70s funky music! Possibly one of Pacino's top 5 performances.

A bit of overacting and a bit of over-dramatic moments but otherwise it's a very fine movie. One of the loudest shouting Pacino role and some interesting characters. I was thinking.. in this movie Pacino is the Devil's advocate!

The movie was bad but I wasn't able to hate it, and I don't like that. Yea, the idea might have been good and the acting, not just Al Pacino's, actually was, but there are so many scenes you could do without. Also, it bores a lot that it takes so much time to get straight to the point, and the climax wasn't much as expected. If it were for regular movies featuring Pacino's acting and a cheesy speech at the end, I'd rather watch Scent of a Woman, or something else. It kinda shocked me also the abrupt ending, it was like get someone sleeping thirty seconds after an orgasm, literally.

...And soundtrack was shit.
