The characters, the story and the ideas are there, but the filmmaking is so weak. With better cinematography this would've been an absolute classic.

India's more upbeat answer to Ikiru, only it wasn't nearly as emotionally striking for me.
Singing parts weren't many - I think 3? - but they felt rather long.
