"La Horde" does have some interesting ideas, but most of the potential is lost due to the film's obsession with unconvincing macho posturing that quickly becomes tiresome and eventually becomes rather embarrassing.
From what I've seen, there are only about a dozen great zombie movies. La Horde had potential, but didn't quite make it up there to rank with the best.
Worth a watch to all those zombie fans out there. Though you'll be shouting at the characters to aim for the head. It should be standard zombie movie procedure for the necessity of headshots to be established early, or zombie movies should exist in the movie so they bloody know what to do. It doesn't create good tension, it's old, cut it out.
