   I thought it was quite enjoyable to watch but not sure what to make of it overall, much in the same way I felt coming out of Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.
   
   Also not too sure about its message... if the 25 year old had been male and the 15 year old had been female I somehow don't think this film would have been so warmly received. 2 years 2 months ago

   A charming film that doesn't really deserve to be charming. The love story is super weird and creepy. I have no idea why this film exists, but it was well made as a tribute to the early 70s L.A. scene told through a series of vignettes -- none of which are particularly interesting or form a cohesive plot. It's a thing that exists and is well made. I have no interest in seeing this film again, but I hope Hoffman keeps making films.

   I enjoyed the first half, the 2 leads were very good, but was about 40 minutes too long, I didn’t see the point of the scenes with sean Penn and Bradley cooper, and felt like a parody of indie romantic comedies a lot of the time especially

   the scene where they hold hands on the water bed lol and Sean Penn jumping over the Pitt of fire on the bike
