No matter your political ideology, one cannot help but be awed and inspired by Justice Ginsburg's extraordinary life and the trailblazing path that led her to the highest court in the land. We all owe her a debt of gratitude. Thank you, Justice Ginsburg...

There's no doubt that Ruth Bader Ginsburg is an extraordinary woman. This documentary does a wonderful job of thoroughly covering her life, including her work as a sexual/gender bias lawyer in the 1970s.

This film succeeds as a dissenting piece. It brings for a call to action for women to be involved in careers they are very much worthy of, and for us all to work towards making changes in our government by being politically active.

The film falters by spanning RBG's life like a thorough Wikipedia article. It's safe filmmaking, which is understandable - their subject is an icon who is widely beloved. If the film focused on one singular event of RBG's life, I might have felt a deeper connection then just appreciation. For a woman of such high caliber, a risk like that might have been worth taking.

Oh well, that's a subject for another documentary!
