Never heard of this before, but I love Cillian Murphy, and think that Thandie Newton is one of the most beautiful women ever, so figured I should watch.
It suffers from the usual horror movie silliness in places ("why don't they just do this?" "why did he do that?" etc) but I really liked both the explanation behind what was going on and the resolution of the situation.
And yes, doesn't deserve to be below 6 on IMDB. 10 years 6 months ago -

Painfully dark movie, but an interesting premise. Worth watching for the three lead performances, especially Cillian Murphy, although Jamie Bell was excellent as well. Not a feel good movie, and you will find yourself a little frustrated when the characters don't do certain things they could do to help their situation... 1 month 3 weeks ago -
