i hate this movie so much. it had a lot of potential, but they've done nothing else but try to make it as creepy, weird, shocking and fucked up as they could- but that's not enough for a good movie. it was a huge disappointment.
I was aggravated many times, with all the constant bickering between characters - enough to completely distract from the story. But maybe that distraction was intentional due to the obvious plot twists. There wasn't enough good to make Splice worth watching again.
This movie was neither shocking nor scary. It was interesting story and a neat idea but poorly executed. Very slow moving with a lot of over the top acting and very dumb moments by the actors. Very disappointed. Worth a single watch on cable but otherwise don't waste your time.

Yeah this was bad. Some choices were laughable. It seemed like none of the characters had ever heard of the idea of logic before in their lives. Terrible decision making the entire way through. It’s just weird and poorly executed

I liked it.Technically it's nothing special, it's predictable, standard camera shots, standard dialogues, but emotionally it's kinda interesting.
