- 1 clinic with no bathroom, no water, no ventilation and no lighting.
- 1 room with slightly better conditions for the doctor.
- 1 toilet for the whole unit including the staff.
- 16 individual rooms.

The Psychiatry Department was not included in the budget for the renovation of the Regional Hospital of Iquique.

Staff:
- Only one nursing assistant per shift.
- Only one service employee every 24 hours.
- A psychiatrist who also attends the Women's Unit.

These men don't vote, don't belong to any political party, don't pay taxes, don't do their military service, don't write letters to the newspapers, don't defend the country, don't pray, don't serve any master and furthermore they have no money.

Armoreska.. Many thanks for the translation. There is very little spoken words in this film, and I feel OK about claiming a tick despite no subs..

Thanks, Armoreska. I almost feel like having watched the film by reading those subtitles.

The conditions are dreadful, really.
