A very ordinary crime thriller with a disappointingly tenuous link to the unexplainable and much of what made the TV series enjoyable. The characters aren't served well here- the story is weak and it all feels unnecessarily tagged on. The strangest thing is seeing sceptic Scully transformed into a brain surgeon, who amusingly works out how to perform a rare and dangerous stem cell operation from a google search... god bless the internet 11 years 6 months ago -
