They are properly on top 100 or at least top 1000. Vote them up on IMDB.com and maybe they will get in to the top 50 list someday.
But if you ask me there are just two of the movies you mention that deserves to be here. That's "Suspiria" and "The Tenant". But "The Tenant" is oddly not consider to be horror on IMDB.com.
