Weak story is let down by a feeble script, poor voice acting and crummy animation, mixed with even shoddier CG. Throw in as many clichés as you can count and here we are.
The heavy anime styling exacerbates all the problems in this mess, and when the kid genius is introduced, it's almost too much.
There are any number of really great anime movies and series out there, do yourself a favor and watch real anime instead, and stay away from this westernized sham.
