What an honest portrayal of an Australian life! I felt captivated the whole way through, I truly connected to the film.
However, there was something lacking that stopped it from being a great film. That stopped it from being recognised internationally. Maybe it was the dinner conversation scenes or some of the character dynamics, I’ll have to ponder on that for a while.
That being said, it’s a damn good film, it is so refreshing to watch an Australian film that truly felt like it was made there. I sense that a lot of love and hard work went into Breath. 3 years 3 months ago
