   Frankly, I see a bunch of bad reviews here, but I really enjoyed this film, as I did the previous one. I can understand die hard fans may not like it, but for me not being a fan of the previous incarnations, these "reboots" are for me. It's like Star Trek, I'm not at all a fan of the series, but the new ones have been enjoyable for someone like me that would not normally give them the time of day.
   
   Might I add, these could be far worse, just look at the Tim Burton version. They take themselves pretty seriously, which is far better than watching a movie where everything is a joke. Nor are they run of the mill action movies. Looking at some recent action movies where everything is plot driven, sacrificing the character development, these do well to balance things. 9 years 10 months ago

   One of the best summer movies I have watched this year. Every scene and conversation is so tense you keep thinking that any shit can happen anytime. Great CGI, great acting, great setting, great atmosphere, great characters. The story may be predictable but tense nonetheless. Great movie overall.
