Dial M For Murder mostly takes place in one room and is full of dialog, yet the movie is very suspenseful and has some gripping moments. The acting is good and the story is well developed. One of the best movies ever.

Perhaps the best work of Hitchcock I have ever seen. I'm not a Hitchcock fan, but great job!!

Excellent movie from Hitchcok. The suspense is right to the end of the movie and a great score from Tiomkin

Brilliant! Hitchcock certainly knew how to tell a story. And the playwright, wow. Strangers on a train was better, still great though.

For those who love the logical investigation and the murderer-perspective I strongly suggest "Death Note" which has few Fantasy elements, but uses the same devices.

I absolutely love this movie. Great stuff!

Apparently you couldn't have your house key copied in the 50s. A very good film nevertheless.
