Quite honestly gobsmacked by this, I mean I know it's Lang and you expect quality but this really did hit me hard.
What an achievement, the scope and ambition, the cinematography, composition, story-telling and spacial awareness. Lang creates fully realised worlds full of heroism, fantasy, revenge and wrath - I loved every minute of this, bring on the second part.
Times are incorrect, more like 141 for Siegfried and 144 for Revenge (second part of saga) for a total of nearly 5 hours.
The link has the correct length.
So far ahead of its time. Staggeringly ambitious and flawlessly executed. Three cheers for Lang.
