What a gem! I watched this off a crappy youtube rip with some of the worst subtitles I've encountered, and this greatly enhanced my experience. The first half of The Snake King's Child is so campy and bonkers it's astounding. The lasers shooting from the python's eyes, the weird pregnancy witch, the atrocious sound design, the sword fight against a pregnant lady... *chef's kiss*

I was all aboard the Snaker train until the second half. It loses a lot of momentum and becomes mostly a soap opera type drama where one character is cursed with snake hair. The bad acting and the poor cgi (only enhanced by the grainy youtube rip) kept me entertained, but most of the batshit wackiness happens in the first 45 minutes.
