Just as disastrous as they say. Some good, funny monologues here and there. Most actors do okay-- except for Cruz (who isn't given much) and our man himself. Bobby's acting reaches Wiseau-levels of incompetence at times. But the biggest culprit is Larry Charles who brings absolutely nothing to the table visually and gives everything the look and feel of a student short. I had never watched this because every failure His Bobness suffers feels like a blow to my own ego. That's how much I love him. But a couple of pieces reevaluating the film made me think again-- maybe it was misunderstood? It wasn't. It's terrible. 2 years 4 months ago
