Quite unusual film for the 30's. I liked it a lot. I wonder if Nolan took inspiration from this for Inception; specifically the backstory with Cotillard and DiCaprio.
I wish I'd seen the link earlier.. I had to buy the box set - imported from USA (to UK) to get this for my 1001 tick.. and really didn't like it.
But it got me to re-watch Beau Gest after 40 or so years...
