When I was in my teens, I loved "Samurai X". I had no idea there was a movie released so long ago. Glad I watched it. It's a good adaptation.

I had to check if I had a personal problem, my brain is racist, or there is something wrong with the main hero's look. Nope - I was right - the actor is 22 years old. So 10 years earlier he was a sword master and war hero - at the age of 12. Am I the only one who is finding this distracting? Couldn't we have an actor in mid 30's?

I've seen a lot of Japanese movies and i know most of them are horrible and was made is a spirited manner. this one's different and amazing. best japanese movie I've ever seen so far.
