AKA The Evil Within.
Unbelievably problematic premise, horrible script, scattershot direction, immensely boring in places... future cult classic. Reminded me of The Visitor in terms of having prodigious visual effects and lacking in everything else. This is the best looking trash movie I've seen- a lot of money went into this. The first ten minutes and the end are well worth seeking out (this is on Amazon Prime at the moment), tho the former is marred significantly by the narration. Oh! And the score is pretty decent. 6 years 12 months ago
