   Haha, if you think the movie is missing "action" you seriously missed the whole point of the story.
   
   Please read the book if you can't appreciate this wonderful movie, there's something wrong with you - watched to many Hollywood films where everything explodes.
   
   It's about the atmosphere that Cormac McCarthy created, and about two people who are each other's world entirely, while having nothing else to live for. It's not about a complex storyline. 12 years 11 months ago

   Houdini

   I wish I could say the movie never gets boring. The movie does try to keep it interesting with flashbacks but at some point they too loose their flavor of interest. Good dialog but the story lacks an original way of being presented. The scenes become meaningless halfway through but then suddenly wake you with a feel of what Anne Frank had to go through. One of her great quotes ” Despite everything, I believe people are really good at heart”. The movie in its way brings up what happens when you yourself don’t know you are good when the son asks ” are we still the good guys?”.
