This comment adde 2020..What a tale..
I mean, these days, could anyone imagine that some self important incompetent idiot with no real policies, who could offer to almost everyone what they (think) they want with corny, cliched vague promises could catch the popular imagination despite his former (and continuing) indiscretions and skeletons in his closet, and the fear he could become a victim of shady eastern European forces that will aim to control him by use of such secrets.
Just couldn't happen these days could it... .
