This is a tough, realistic, and brave film that offers key points and distinctions on this topic: that those who commit child abuse are as often driven by grief and compulsive self loathing as they are by foul manevolence. This film asks 'why'. Bacon's performance is disquieting and powerful. Needless to say, this role will not be a part of his UK mobile phone ads. 10 years 9 months ago
