Half the people filmed in the documentary are clueless followers, including the token "educated ex-athiest" engineer who isn't at all convincing. The "leaders" are likewise little more than charismatic versions of the former, relying on books and sermons written by others for the nonsensical end-times conjecture they parrot in their church/business.
If you know absolutely nothing about fundamentalist evangelicals, you'll learn something. But if you've kept your eyes and ears open, there's very little meat on this.
You'll learn nearly as much by watching "Saved!", where the characters feel more real and less psycho and unbelievable. It's more entertaining too. 11 years 9 months ago
