The Pig (2010) is a weird horror film, not one of the best out there, but pretty impressive because of it's cruelty and the fact that most of the movie(70 minutes) was filmed in one take. There are only some minutes of editing at the beginning and the end of the film.
It probably fits the 3rd category of your list.

At last I finished this highly addictive list! Now I finally can start watching other kinds of movies. But there is Tim Wambolt's 100 most violent movies list... Damn it!
