I don't like horror movies but I really liked this movie. There were pop out scares but they were well placed in the movie to not feel like a forced or cheap scare.
From the opening scene you were thrown into this world of constant fear with every move that you make. Jim... I mean John Krasinski does an excellent job at making this film feel realistic in an assumed unrealistic scenario. I would describe this movie as a borderline horror and thriller. It's a horror notch higher than Get Out but not too much for horror dis-likers like myself to still enjoy.
