Our institution retains special training classes to us, where we get all of the information we want about new tendencies, drugs, and innovations in the pharmaceutical area. Additionally, it deals intensively with the effectiveness of medicines. And when an issue arises, e.g. a medicine fails to make the expected result, the institution finds ways to, as an example, forward the request to investigators who will study the issue and then give an educated response. Associations will also be working to improve the pharmacy profession: widening the scope of service and strengthening collaboration with doctors. In many states, pharmacists are now able to prescribe medication themselves, all thanks to the action of the institutions.
