Such friendship satisfies us with spiritual power, forms our personality, and sometimes can alter our destiny. Excellent friends enhance immunity, stimulate creativity, and maintain normal blood pressure, reduce the chance of dementia in old age as well as the probability of sudden death. So in the event you think you can't live without friends, you are not only sentimental, but also common sense.
Remember the best way to continue sat in the front of your very best friend and felt she understands you well and, above all, really knows you. Maybe, you have ever felt she awakens in you the best qualities, in her existence you manage the most sensible comments and the many witty jokes. She invited you. She always listened attentively, seen hidden patterns in your behavior, and then carefully presumed just how to change everything for the better. You loved gossip about ordinary acquaintances, from time to time devoted to memories of combined experiences. You happily went deeply in to your favourite topics, exchanged barely understandable half-intelligences and easily deciphered significant euphemisms in one another's speeches. Perhaps you're even knowledgeable about the pleasant feeling of admiration to the girlfriend, that has been accompanied by a sense of pride in the realization of your similarity to her. The individual about whom you had an extremely high opinion, mutually valued you - naturally, it brought a sense of deep satisfaction and joy, literally nourished you using energy. Loneliness can be as debilitating as hunger or thirst. John Cacioppo, a professor of sociology in the University of Chicago, found a connection between loneliness and problems such as depression, obesity, alcoholism, obesity, cardiovascular issues, sleep disorders, hypertension, early maturation of Alzheimer's disease, along with skeptical perspectives of the planet and suicidal ideas. So provided that you have problems with your friends, you may consider yourself fortunate: at least that means you have friends.
But even the strangest and kindest friendship, such as almost any human connection, could darken the meltdown for a short time. From it can irrevocably vanish the allure, it may even descend. Good friends make us happy, but they require a great deal in return. When you look carefully, friendship is a much more confusing and ambiguous kind of relationship than you could think.
Research shows that friendship helps us to remain mentally and emotionally healthy: it enhances our immunity, keeps normal blood pressure, lowers the possibility of dementia in older age and even the danger of sudden death.
