Festival de Valdivia's Best Latin American Films from 1993 to 2013

In 2013, to celebrate 20 years of Chile's most important festival, programmers from other festivals from the region were asked to vote for the essential Latin American films of the period 1993-2013 to be screened at the festival. Resulting in the following list. Note that there was a restriction on the number of films from each country they could vote for, which made some acclaimed films from countries with very few film productions to stand higher in the final ranking (Hamaca Paraguaya from Paraguay, and Whisky from Uruguay for instance). This doesn't take away anything from these great films though. -
