If you want to have something to talk about with a friend, watch one of these movies together and you should be set for conversation for a while. I didn't select each of these movies individually; rather, I used a stupidly complicated "discussability" formula that I devised to generate this list. I have another list called "Discussable Movies" with a better formula, but I lost that formula and couldn't recreate it, so this here is my best attempt.
